Every time we wanted to add a simple feature like quantity discounts it required custom work which cost us thousands, the same feature in X-cart costs less than $200, as the add-on is already written! So in November of 2008 we switched to Kosmos, they had WI customized for X-Cart. We had an ASP site previously that we had Web Integrator customized for, the problem was there were no add-ons for the cart.
